Hyatt Vacation Club At Wild Oak Ranch, San Antonio

This resort has some fantastic features, especially for families, like a well-landscaped lazy river and a variety of pools that are well-maintained. However, the aggressive timeshare sales pitch can be off-putting, and the limited on-site dining options could use improvement. Overall, it’s a great place for a relaxed family vacation if you can overlook the hectic sales environment.

The hotel is primarily geared towards families, with fantastic heated pools and a lazy river that kids absolutely love. While the suites are spacious and well-equipped, our experience with room cleaning was quite disappointing, as it required advance notice. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly with our late checkout request, despite a few miscommunications. Overall, this resort offers a lot of fun for families but has some room for improvement in certain areas.
